Daniel Kuszmerski and Jason Gosnell Publish Article in NJDA Spring 2015 Magazine

Daniel Kuszmerski and Jason Gosnell, associates in the Environmental & Toxic Tort Department recently had their second in a series of articles, "Intermediate Successor Liability in New Jersey: Who is Liable? " published in the Spring 2015 Edition of the New Jersey Defense Association (NJDA) quarterly magazine New Jersey Defense. This article discusses the origin and current law of intermediate successor liability in New Jersey as well as considerations to make before selling a company. It compliments their first article "Successor Liability in New Jersey: Am I Buying a Lawsuit? " which discusses the product line exception to successor liability in New Jersey and considerations to make before acquiring a company.
