William McGuinn Elected as HABcore Trustee
Hoagland Longo Partner William McGuinn has been elected by HABcore as a Trustee. In his new position, Bill will support HABcore’s mission of providing permanent housing and individualized support to help homeless families with children, veterans, and individuals with special needs improve their lives.
“As a Municipal Prosecutor, I have seen firsthand how extremely difficult it can be for individuals to break the cycle of homelessness,” said Bill in a press release. “I am so grateful to be part of an organization dedicated to giving these individuals opportunities to improve their lives and I look forward to the challenges ahead of us.”
In his Civil Litigation practice, Bill defends individuals, insurance companies, corporations, property owners and restaurant owners in personal injury claims, underinsured and uninsured motorist claims, liquor liability claims and property damage claims. On the Criminal Defense side, he handles all types of Municipal and Superior Court matters throughout New Jersey. Bill also serves as a Municipal Prosecutor in several Monmouth County municipalities.
In addition to HABcore, Bill volunteers his time as a coach for the St. Clement’s Youth Basketball Association in Matawan, NJ, and as a member of the Boomer Esiason Foundation in its fight against Cystic Fibrosis.
