William G. McGuinn Appointed to 4th Term as Municipal Prosecutor for the Township of Aberdeen
On January 6, 2018, firm partner, William G. McGuinn, was appointed as the Municipal Prosecutor for the Township of Aberdeen, New Jersey for the year 2018. This will be Bill’s 4th year as prosecutor in Aberdeen, having served in that position since 2015. As Township Prosecutor, Bill is responsible for the prosecution of all motor-vehicle moving violations that occur in Aberdeen as well criminal offenses such as drug charges, assault and theft.
