Welcoming Our Newest Associates to Hoagland Longo
Hoagland Longo is excited to welcome Sarah Austino and Tamara O'Neil to the firm as our newest associates.
Sarah joins the Transactional Practice, where she will focus on commercial real estate, corporate law, and municipal government. Before joining the firm, Sarah worked as a Background Investigator IV at CACI, conducting interviews and gathering records to assess candidates' suitability for security clearance. She also gained valuable experience at Rutgers University’s Office of General Counsel and Panasonic, where she supported legal teams on various business and compliance matters. Sarah earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers University Law School, where she was on the Dean’s List and received the Dean’s Scholarship. She also holds a Master of Science in International Relations and Affairs from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Political Science, Minor in French from Florida Atlantic University.
Tamara joins the Employment and Municipal Litigation Practice, focusing her practice on employment law and municipal litigation. Tamara has past experience working in law firms, where she gained expertise in drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses for a variety of litigation matters. She has also conducted legal research, drafted memoranda, and assisted with trial preparation in complex cases such as defamation, tort, and insurance coverage disputes. Tamara earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School, where she was on the Dean’s List and served as an Associate Editor and Articles Editor for The Women’s Rights Law Reporter. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy with a Minor in Biology from Rutgers University.
