Meet our New Members of the Executive Management Committee

Hoagland, Longo, Moran, Dunst & Doukas, LLP is pleased to announce the appointment of partners Jacob S. Grouser, Anthony C. Iacocca, Joseph V. Leone, and Jessica N. Mazur to the firm’s Executive Management Committee. Jacob, Anthony, Joseph, Jessica, along with the other Committee members, will assist our Managing Partner Chad M. Moore in steering the firm's operational strategies and driving growth initiatives.

Over the course of his career, Jacob has held multiple advisory roles at the firm, including serving as the head of the Fee Committee and member of the Education Committee. He has also contributed significantly to the success of the firm by developing the environmental transactional/regulatory and litigation practice.

Anthony has practiced law at Hoagland Longo his entire career, joining the firm right after his clerkship in the Superior Court of New Jersey. He has since held many strategic and advisory positions at the firm, including serving as chair of the AR Committee and a member of the 401k Committee and the Business Development Committee.

Joseph brings a wealth of experience to his role in the Executive Management Committee, having held several leadership and strategic positions at the firm. He presently serves as the Team Leader of the General Liability Department as well as partner in charge of business development and marketing. He also serves as a member of the Tech Committee and Fee Committee.

Jessica’s career at the firm has grown steadily since the start of her journey as a lateral associate and her subsequent promotion to partnership.  Since then, Jessica has added to the success of the firm by leading the Family Law Department, managing the firm’s satellite office in Red Bank, supporting the Business Development Committee, and mentoring our associates.
