Marc S. Gaffrey Installed as Middlesex County Bar Association President-Elect
Marc S. Gaffrey, Supervising Partner of the firm’s Environmental & Toxic Tort Litigation Department, has been installed as President-Elect of the Middlesex County Bar Association for the 2023-24 term. The 109th Annual Installation of Officers & Trustees event took place on May 10, 2023 at The Park Chateau Estate & Gardens in East Brunswick, NJ. Marc has served as a member of the MCBA Board of Trustees since 2016 and previously served as First Vice President, Second Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary. He also serves as Co-Chair of the MCBA Environmental Law Committee.
Marc has over three decades of experience in the litigation of asbestos, toxic tort, mass tort, product liability and environmental matters in New Jersey and New York. He is a frequent lecturer at both national and regional conferences and routinely gives in-house seminars to clients and trade associations discussing the most recent trends and trial techniques in asbestos, toxic tort and environmental litigation.
