Marc S. Gaffrey Installed as MCBA Second Vice President

Marc S. Gaffrey, Supervising Partner of the firm’s Environmental & Toxic Tort Litigation Department, has been installed as Second Vice President of the Middlesex County Bar Association for the 2021-22 term. The 107th  Annual Board of Trustees Installation Event took place on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at The Park Chateau Estate & Gardens in East Brunswick. Marc has served as a member of the MCBA Board of Trustees since 2016 and previously served as its Treasurer and Secretary.

Marc has over 32 years of experience in the litigation of asbestos, toxic tort, mass tort, product liability and environmental matters in New Jersey and New York. He is a frequent lecturer at both national and regional conferences and routinely gives in-house seminars to clients and trade associations discussing the most recent trends and trial techniques in asbestos, toxic tort and environmental litigation.
