Marc Gaffrey Teaches Rutgers University Law Course

Marc Gaffrey, Supervising Partner of the firm’s Environment and Toxic Tort Department will continue this semester as an adjunct professor at Rutgers University.  Marc will teach Constitutional Law to juniors and seniors on Tuesday evenings at their satellite campus at Brookdale Community College in Freehold. Marc has been an attorney with the firm for over 25 years and has litigated numerous environmental matters including NJDEP v. Dimant which is currently the most cited environmental case in New Jersey.
