Marc Gaffrey Named Vice-Chair of the New Jersey Defense Association’s Environmental Committee

Marc Gaffrey, Supervising Partner of the firm’s Environmental & Toxic Tort Litigation Department, has been named Vice-Chair of the New Jersey Defense Association’s (NJDA) Environmental Law Committee.

The NJDA establishes a communication link among New Jersey defense attorneys, insurance claim professionals, self-insurers and other corporations who devote a substantial portion of their time to the defense of damage suits or to claims administration.
