Joan H. Osborne Appointed Chairperson of the Howell Township Environmental Commission

Joan H. Osborne has been appointed by the Mayor of Howell Township to be a member, and the Chairperson of the Howell Township Environmental Commission for a three year term.  The purpose of the commission is to establish the protection, development, or use of natural resources within the territorial limits of the Township.
