Honorable Mark B. Epstein has Been Named to the National Law Journal’s List of 2018 ADR Champions
Honorable Mark B. Epstein has been named to the National Law Journal’s List of 2018 ADR Champions, a supplement that recognizes individuals who have made their mark in alternative dispute resolution.
The National Law Journal noted Judge Epstein for his many successful resolutions. He has presided over more than 2,500 mediations and arbitrations including environmental, commercial, personal injury, probate, class action and family law cases.
Judge Epstein became counsel to Hoagland Longo in 2005, upon his retirement from the New Jersey Superior Court bench. His practice is focused on arbitration, mediation and acting as special discovery/allocation master (SDM).
