Hoagland Longo Welcomes Seasoned Trial Attorneys Arthur Arnold and Janett P. Smyth

Hoagland, Longo, Moran, Dunst & Doukas is pleased to welcome seasoned trial attorneys Arthur Arnold and Janett P. Smyth to the firm as new Of Counsel.

As a member of the Transactional Group, Janett she focuses her practice on general and professional liability, estate litigation, governmental law, and complex commercial litigation including partnership disputes. Her previous experience includes commercial litigation, financial services, and product liability matters. Janett earned her law degree at Boston University School of Law and received her B.A. degree magna cum laude from New York University. 

As a member of the General Civil and Commercial Litigation Group, Arthur handles the defense of civil matters, including the areas of general liability, premises liability, professional liability, automobile liability, insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. His extensive trial experience includes serving as Counsel for major insurance carriers in the U.S. Arthur earned his law degree at Vermont Law School School and B.A. degree at Duke University.
