Hoagland Longo Welcomes Clarissa Barfield and Adam J. Lefkowitz to Transactional Group
Hoagland, Longo, Moran, Dunst & Doukas is pleased to welcome Clarissa Barfield and Adam J. Lefkowitz to the firm’s Transactional Group.
Clarissa Barfield is an associate who focuses her practice on chancery litigation, trusts and estates litigation, municipal litigation, and commercial litigation. Prior to working at Hoagland Longo, Clarissa clerked for the Hon. Benjamin Bucca, Jr. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Middlesex Vicinage, Criminal Division. She earned her J.D. degree at Washington & Lee University School of Law and her a B.A. degree at Salve Regina University.
As Counsel, Adam handles municipal government and redevelopment law as well as a wide range of commercial real estate and business acquisitions. His significant corporate law experience includes drafting and negotiating operating agreements, partnership agreements, corporate and LLC resolutions, and purchase and sale agreements. Adam earned his J.D. degree at Seton Hall University School of Law and his B.S. degree at Rutgers University.
