Hoagland Longo Achieves Mansfield Certification for 2023-2024 – Fourth Consecutive Year
Hoagland Longo has once again achieved Mansfield Certification, as reported by Diversity Lab. Mansfield is a year-long, structured certification process that we’ve committed to since 2020 to ensure all talent at our firm has a fair and equal opportunity to advance into leadership. Hoagland Longo has now achieved Mansfield Certification status for the fourth consecutive year, having previously received the Mansfield Certification in 2020, 2021 and 2022.

About Mansfield Certification
The Mansfield Rule is named after Arabella Mansfield, who in 1869 became the first female lawyer in the United States. It was also inspired by the NFL’s Rooney Rule, which requires NFL teams to interview at least one minority candidate for open leadership positions.
