Daniel R. Kuszmerski Admitted to Pennsylvania Bar

The firm congratulates Partner, Daniel R. Kuszmerski, on his admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar, expanding his already active law practice in both New Jersey and New York. Dan has extensive experience in prosecuting and defending talc, asbestos, mold, home heating oil, carbon monoxide, benzene, silica, and natural disaster claims venued in both state and federal court.  He also handles a broad range of general liability matters, including product liability claims, auto accidents, slip and falls, premises liability, lemon law, consumer fraud claims, and collection matters.

Dan is experienced in all stages of litigation, from inception through trial and is regularly called upon to argue motions, defend and conduct depositions and oversee settlement negotiations. He is also noted for his experience in arbitration and mediation and will bring this skill set with him as he grows his practice in Pennsylvania.
