Brian McFadden-DiNicola Selected for the District VIII Fee Arbitration Committee by the Supreme Court of New Jersey

Our Partner, Brian McFadden-DiNicola, has been selected by the Supreme Court of New Jersey for membership and service on the District VIII Fee Arbitration Committee.  Brian’s term will be for 4 years and the purpose of the Committee is to provide clients and attorneys with an inexpensive, fast and confidential method of resolving fee disputes.
