Thaddeus J. Hubert, III will Present at “Ahead of the Curve: Risk Management for Lawyers”
Partner Thaddeus J. Hubert, Ill will present at “Ahead of the Curve: Risk Management for Lawyers” on November 21 which will provide valuable insight from the fact patterns for discussion on avoiding legal malpractice claims. The seminar is presented in cooperation with the NJSBA Certified Attorneys Section and the NJSBA Senior Lawyers Special Committee, and will be held from 5:30 PM - 9:05 PM ET.
Thaddeus is preferred counsel for the CNA, the leading legal malpractice insurer nationwide, and has defended many legal malpractice cases brought against CNA policyholders. During the past 25 years, Ted has also presented many loss control seminars on behalf of CNA across the country, and has appeared as a keynote speaker at seminars for several State Bar Associations.
This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 4.0 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 4.0 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism.
