Susan O’Connor Presents Introduction to Section 1983 Claims to Kemper

Susan O'Connor, Partner and Chair of the Labor & Employment Law Practice Group at the firm, will be teaching the course "Introduction to Section 1983 Claims" to adjusters, claims and risk managers at Kemper Insurance in Charlotte, NC.  Arranged and developed by the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM), the 3-hour course will provide an introduction to Section 1983 claims and an overview of the issues for Constitutional claims. The goal is to provide claims adjusters and risk managers with a fundamental knowledge of the claims to provide an approach to evaluating these claims.
