Michael F. Dolan to Speak at NJSBA Trucking Litigation Seminar

Michael Dolan, partner in the firm, will speak at the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) Trucking Litigation Seminar on December 18^th.

This seminar will address truck accident cases from the plaintiff and defense points of view. Issues to be discussed include accident investigation, insurance coverage, loading/unloading, Hazardous material spills, cargo claims, hours of service update and many others. This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 4.0 hours of total CLE credit.
