Michael Dolan to Present CLM Seminar “Negotiation Strategies 2.0”
On August 8th, Michael Dolan will be speaking to claims representatives at Kemper Corporation in Charlotte, North Carolina. The topic is “Negotiation Strategies 2.0". Participants will consider dynamics such as costs, exposures, external pressures, internal issues, time considerations, etc. and will make real-time decisions in simulated multi-faceted negotiations. The seminar is presented by the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM).
