Michael Dolan, Partner in the firm, presented a seminar to Zurich North America claims representatives in Parsippany, NJ on December 4. The course, organized by the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM), explored advanced use of motions in litigation and trial strategy. Michael used case studies that provided examples of different pleadings and motions and served as a discussion tool to explore different strategic and practical considerations involved with them.
