Michael Dolan Presenting Introduction to Product Liability Claims Seminar

On March 17, 2015, Michael Dolan, a Partner in the firm, will present the course "Introduction to Product Liability Claims" on behalf of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM) to insurance professionals at Zurich North America. The goal of this course is to provide claims adjusters, in-house claims personnel and risk managers with practical approaches and practice tips to use in investigating, evaluating and managing product liability claims.
