Partner Marc S. Gaffrey will be speaking at the Middlesex County Bar Association’s “Primer on Environmental Insurance” on Tuesday, November 22nd from 9-11am.  The program agenda is as follows:

  • Introduction/Background & Basics
  • How does environmental insurance work?  (What does it cover? What does it exclude?)
  • When is environmental insurance triggered?
  • Case Law  (Cooper v. One Beacon)

 

This program has been approved by the BCLE of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 2.0 hours of total CLE. (Please note that Approved CLE Courses in NJ are recognized for CLE Credit in New York.)
