Marc S. Gaffrey to Speak at NJAIHA’s January 2020 Dinner Meeting

On January 16th, Marc S. Gaffrey, Supervising Partner of the firm’s Environmental and Toxic Tort Litigation Department, will be speaking at the New Jersey Section of the American Industrial Hygiene Association’s January 2020 Dinner Meeting.

Marc will be speaking on the topic of Asbestos Contaminated Talc. Marc’s presentation will cover the core issues related to contaminated talc and the way in which both plaintiffs and defendants utilize industrial hygienist to support their claim/defense.

In addition, Bernard L. Fontaine, Jr., Managing Partner of The Windsor Consulting Group, Inc. will be presenting on The Future of Work and the Re-Imagined Industrial Hygiene Profession.
