At Hoagland Longo, Marc is the Supervising Partner of the Environmental & Toxic Tort Litigation Department. Leveraging a background in biochemistry, Marc has resolved hundreds of toxic tort, mass tort, and environmental law disputes throughout New York, New Jersey, and Eastern Pennsylvania over his 35+ year career with a unique scientific perspective and understanding. He handles matters involving asbestos, mold, talc, silica, benzene, pesticides, and chemical compounds, and has also litigated numerous environmental matters involving fuel oil discharge, hazardous waste, Superfund site construction and remediation, and landfill clean-up. In addition to his legal practice, Marc serves as President of the Middlesex County Bar Association and Co-Chair of its Environmental Law Committee.
