Marc S. Gaffrey to Join Panel Discussion on Ethics for Attorneys and Experts

Hoagland Longo Partner Marc S. Gaffrey will join a panel of seasoned civil litigation attorneys to discuss ethical issues between experts and attorneys. The seminar is a full day of Roundtable Discussion on Health Science Litigation Topics related to experts and attorneys. The seminar is entitled “Experts and Attorneys, Roundtable Discussions on Health Science Litigation Topics and will be hosted by Ramboll at its Princeton, New Jersey office on May 4, 2023. Ramboll is a global consulting network offering science professionals skilled in areas of toxic exposure, industrial hygiene, site remediation and risk assessment.

The panel including Marc is entitled “Ethics for Experts and Attorneys” will provide an overview off the ethical considerations between attorneys and experts and cover some of the aspects of the applicable model rules in place governing these relationships.

This seminar has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for CLE credit.
