On November 2nd and 3rd, Marc S. Gaffrey attended the DRI National Asbestos Medicine Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada. This seminar focused on delving into the more technical aspects of Asbestos litigation, including how to look beyond verdict history in evaluating potential risk, what an autopsy may add to the defense and whether or not the gender of the plaintiff should affect your discovery approach.
