Marc Gaffrey To Speak at the NJDA Annual Convention

The New Jersey Defense Association (NJDA) will be holding their 48th Annual Convention June 26-29, 2013 at the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay in Cambridge, Maryland. Marc Gaffrey, Supervising Partner of the firm's Environmental & Toxic Tort Litigation Department, will give an Environmental Law Update session focusing on "The Next Asbestos: The Smoking Lung Cancer Claim" which he recently had published in the Spring edition of the NJDA newsletter. 

The conference educational programs will be held on Friday, June 27 and Saturday, June 28, and offer 6 CLE credits, including 1 Ethics credit. Other topics to be covered include New Jersey Federal Practice 101 and Injury Biomechanics & Head Injuries in Sports: How Biomechanics is used to assess injury potential in different case scenarios.  For more information and to register, visit the NJDA web site.
