Marc Gaffrey to Speak at 2019 CLM Midwest Conference

Marc S. Gaffrey, Supervising Partner of the firm’s Environmental and Toxic Tort Litigation Department, will be speaking at the 2019 CLM Midwest Conference on June 20-21. Marc will be speaking on product liability as part of a session titled “Utilizing Professionals as Consultants and Testifying Experts in a Product Liability Defective Machine Lawsuit.” The presentation will explore the role of a professional in product liability litigation, with specific reference to a lawsuit involving defective machinery in an industrial setting. Marc will be joined by Robert Adams of Ramboll, Christopher Alviggi of NFP Insurance, and Daniel Nathan of Tribler Orpett & Meyer, P.C.

Elizabeth Lautenbach, Associate in the firm’s Environmental and Toxic Tort Litigation Department, will also be attending the conference.
