Marc Gaffrey to Moderate the MCBA NJ Spill Compensation and Control Act Seminar
On November 23, 2015, Marc Gaffrey, Supervising Partner of the firm's Environmental & Toxic Tort Department, will be joined by Daniel Flynn, Esq., of Greenbaum Rowe Smith & Davis and Joanne Vos, Esq., of Maraziti & Falcon to present the seminar "All About the NJ Spill Compensation and Control Act". Marc and Joanne are also Co-Chairs of the Environmental Committee of the Middlesex County Bar Association.
