LSRPA Ethics Continuing Education Course

On Tuesday, March 10, Richard Gaeckle and Lawrence Powers, partners in the Construction Law Department, will be speakers and panelists at the LSRPA Ethics Continuing Education Course hosted by the New Jersey Licensed Site Remediation Professionals Association (LSRPA).  They will be presenting on "Defining and Understanding Professional Ethics" and "Promoting an Ethical Culture".  As panelists, they will cover the subject of "Legislative Background, Practical Application, SRPLB Public Disciplinary Case Decision and Case Study Reactions".  Both Richard and Lawrence have conducted many seminars and courses on professional ethics and issues affecting the industry.  For more information, visit the LSRPA web site.
