Juliann M. Alicino to Join New Jersey Insurance Fair Conduct Act Panel

Hoagland Longo Partner Juliann M. Alicino will join Kersten Kortbawi, Esq. to present a panel entitled “Bad Faith or Fair Conduct: A Review of the 2022 New Jersey Insurance Fair Conduct Act,” hosted by the Middlesex County Bar Association. The panel will provide an overview of the New Jersey Insurance Fair Conduct Act (IFCA), including recent trial court decisions interpreting the statute and its application to UM/UIM claims, as well as practice tips for carriers and insureds litigating bad faith claims under UM/UIM policies.

This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 1.2 hours of total CLE credit.
