Jessica N. Mazur to Join MCBA Family Law Trial Skills Series CLE Panel

Hoagland Longo Partner Jessica N. Mazur will join the first panel in the Family Law Trial Skills 4-part series, produced by the Middlesex County Bar Association. The panel will delve into pre-trial and trial preparation, including:

  • Identifying witnesses
  • Building evidentiary foundations during discovery
  • Pendente lite motions vs motions in limine
  • How to tell your client’s story

At Hoagland Longo, Jessica leads the Family Law Department in handling a wide variety of family law matters, including prenuptial agreements, divorce, child support, and domestic violence. In addition, she is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Law Attorney, a distinction granted only to those attorneys who have demonstrated the highest levels of experience, education, knowledge, and skill in the areas of family and matrimonial law.

The Family Law Trial Skills Series program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 3 hours of total CLE credit each session, including 3 credits towards matrimonial certification and meets the requirements for newly admitted attorney credits.
