Jessica N. Mazur Presented on Ethics for Suicide Awareness Lunch & Learn
On September 12th, the Monmouth Bar Association and the MBA Family Law Committee held a lunch & learn for Suicide Awareness month. Jessica N. Mazur, Esq., APM, presented in conjunction with Danielle Forshee, Psy. D, LCSW regarding how to talk to, and informally assess, at-risk clients and covered real-life examples that can be applied to your practice.
Suicide is the 2nd leading cause of death of among young adults in the U.S., and rates among the middle-aged adults have been increasingly rising since 1999. This 1 hour event took place on September 12th from 12:30pm to 1:30pm in the Lawyer’s Lounge at the Monmouth County Courthouse.
This program was approved by the Board of Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 1.0 hours of total CLE credit.
