Daniel R. Kuszmerski to Join Litigation Panel at Asbestos Medicine Seminar
Hoagland Longo Partner Daniel R. Kuszmerski will join a panel comprised of toxic tort practitioners from across the nation at the DRI Asbestos Medicine Seminar. The "How the Communication of Facts in the Litigation Impacts a Damages Analysis by the Client and the Insurer" panel discussion will focus on the kinds of facts that clients, national coordinating counsel, in-house counsel and insurers rely upon and seek to identify at various stages of the litigation in order to achieve the best possible resolution.
