Chad M. Moore to Discuss Jury Selection Strategies at NJSBA Fall Conference
Hoagland Longo partner Chad Moore, member of the firm’s Executive Committee and Partner in Charge of the Hammonton NJ office, will join a panel of leading civil trial attorneys to present “What to Expect in Civil Voir Dire and Strategies for Your Cases” at the New Jersey State Bar Association Fall Conference. The discussion will cover the impact of recent and proposed revisions to the jury selection process on the litigation of civil cases.
In his litigation practice spanning over two decades, Chad has tried numerous jury trials to verdict with positive results. His accomplishments in the areas of general liability, bad faith, personal injury litigation extend to work performed in the Appellate Division, where in James v. Ruiz the Court upheld Chad’s position regarding the bootstrapping of expert testimony. The case has had a wide impact on the practice of law across the country.
Offering 19 CLE programs, the NJSBA Fall Conference will provide an overview of the latest legal updates on civil litigation, estate planning, family law, and labor and employment.
