Chad M. Moore and Michele G. Haas to Present at New Jersey State Bar Association’s 2021 Annual Meeting

Hoagland Longo partners Chad M. Moore and Michele G. Haas will join virtual panel discussions at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s 2021 Annual Meeting. Chad will present on the “Hot Tips for Hot Litigators: Virtual and Hybrid Trials Edition” panel on May 19, covering virtual trials, virtual depositions, iPAD litigation and Maison vs. NJ Transit. Michele will present on the “COVID-19 Vaccines and Interplay Between Employment and Workers’ Compensation Law” panel on May 20, covering considerations on mandatory vaccination and related employers’ liability.

Attendees can earn up to 16.2 CLE credits over the course of the three-day program.
