On October 25th, Andrew J. Carlowicz, Jr. presented at the National Business Institute's seminar event entitled, "Troubleshooting Construction Project Legal Issues".  Andrew spoke specifically on "Risk Transfer Clauses: Are You Picking Up the Other Guy's Tab?". This seminar was a basic-to-intermediate level, providing practical legal information on construction project issues for Attorneys, Construction Contractors and Subcontractors, Real Estate Developers, Architects, Engineers and Paralegals.
