Carlowicz, Jr., Co-Chair of the firm Construction Law Department, will join a panel of seasoned construction law attorneys at the “Building Blocks for Handling Construction Law Cases” webcast, hosted by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education. During his presentation, Andy will discuss the pros and cons of litigation, arbitration, and mediation in construction disputes.
