Partner, Andrew J. Carlowicz, Jr. spoke at the National Business Institute’s live seminar, “Construction Contracts from Start to Finish” on December 6th at the Sheraton Atlantic City Convention Center Hotel.  This was a basic-to-intermediate program designed to strengthen attorney’s knowledge of construction contracts by covering the latest construction law updates, different types of construction contracts and their pros and cons, indemnification provisions, ethical considerations, etc.
