Andrew J. Carlowicz, Jr. Presents Seminar on Construction Law to New Jersey Judges at Annual Judicial College

Andrew J. Carlowicz, Jr. served as a co-presenter at the seminar "Hot Topics in Construction Law" at the Judicial College held annually for all Superior Court Judges in New Jersey. Andrew’s portion of the presentation focused on the potential applicability of the Economic Loss Doctrine in contraction contract claims, as well as, the recent developments in the law pertaining to the Ten Year Statute of Repose arising out of the 2015 Supreme Court Decision in the State v Perini case; in which Andy had served as lead counsel for the Appellants.
