Michael Kearns, a Partner in the firm and Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, recently won a case involving a fight in the stands at a New York Jets football game. The Plaintiff, employed by the New Jersey Sports & Exposition Authority, was working as a security guard at the game, claimed that he was assaulted by the Defendant, Mr. Kearns client, after breaking up the fight and assisting an injured patron.
