Malcolm McPherson Wins at Trial in Atlantic County

Malcolm McPherson, associate in the firm, successfully obtained a verdict in favor of his client at trial in Atlantic County. Malcolm tried the case Erskine v. DeFelice wherein the Plaintiff claimed that he sustained permanent injuries as a result of a motor vehicle accident. Prior to trial, Defendant provided a nuisance value offer to settle the case and avoid litigation costs, but that offer was rejected by the Plaintiff.  After three days of trial and an effective cross examination of the Plaintiff and his three expert witnesses, Malcolm successfully showed the jury that no permanent injury resulted from the accident. The jury rendered a verdict in favor of Ms. DeFelice following their deliberation.
