Malcolm I. McPherson obtains no cause jury verdict in Atlantic County, NJ

The trial was before the Hon. Mary C. Siracusa, J.S.C. on September 18, 2017 through September 21, 2017.  Plaintiff claimed that she sustained permanent injuries to the neck and low back as a result of a motor vehicle accident that occurred on October 22, 2012.  Plaintiff called Stephen Zabinski, M.D. (Orthopedic Surgeon), Valarie Parisi (Certified Life Care Planner), and Kristin Kucsma (Economist) as her experts at trial.  She alleged over $1 million in economic loss resulted from the accident.   The jury returned a unanimous verdict of no cause in favor of Defendant and awarded no damages to Plaintiff.
