Malcolm I. McPherson Obtains No Cause Jury Verdict in Atlantic County

The trial was before the Hon. Mary C. Siracusa, J.S.C. on March 28, 2017 through March 30, 2017.  Plaintiff claimed that he sustained permanent injuries in the form of disc herniations in the low back as a result of a motor vehicle accident that occurred on August 13, 2013.  Plaintiff called a radiologist and chiropractor as his experts at trial.  The jury returned a unanimous verdict of no cause in favor of Defendant.
