Lawrence P. Powers Prevails at Trial in Morris County

Larry Powers, co-partner in charge of Hoagland Longo's Construction Litigation Department, successfully represented a New Jersey specialty subcontractor in a bench trial in Morris County where the Court awarded our client $110,000.00 in unpaid contract balance and retainage, plus interest.    The Court also dismissed the general contractor’s counterclaim against our client, finding it to have been wholly without merit.
