Lawrence P. Powers Obtains No Cause Jury Verdict

Partner Lawrence Powers recently obtained a no cause verdict for one of our clients following a two week jury trial in Burlington County.  This matter was a piece of commercial litigation involving real estate lease guaranty issues, complicated by the bankruptcy of multiple parties and issues of forgery and lease ratification.  Larry’s client was the only defendant to obtain a no cause verdict.
