Julie Alicino Prevails at Trial

Julie recently prevailed in a jury trial in which plaintiff made a claim for uninsured motorist benefits against his own automobile and motorcycle insurance companies.  Julie represented both companies. Plaintiff alleged that an unidentified vehicle caused him to lose control of his motorcycle and sustained a displaced fracture of the right arm with surgery.  He also claimed knee injuries. Julie won as the  jury decided the alleged unidentified vehicle was not negligent and was not a proximate cause of plaintiff’s accident.
