Jeffrey Czuba Wins Trial in Middlesex County Superior Court
On September 9th, 2015, Jeffrey Czuba completed a three-day trial in the matter of Reilly v. Chou before Hon. Philip Paley, J.S.C. in Middlesex County Superior Court, case arising out of a 2011 motor vehicle accident. At trial our client, the Defendant, stipulated to liability and the case was tried on the issue of damages alone. As a result of the accident the Plaintiff alleged that he sustained multiple back injuries and had undergone chiropractic treatment and pain management procedures as a result. At the conclusion of the trial, the jury returned a verdict in favor of the defendant finding that Plaintiff had failed to demonstrate that he sustained a permanent injury proximately caused by the accident.
