Jeffrey Czuba Obtains Defense Verdict in Auto-Liability Matter

On Friday 4/21/17, Jeffrey Czuba completed a six day trial before Hon. Andrea Carter, J.S.C. at the Middlesex County Courthouse.  The case arose out of two separate motor vehicle accidents which occurred approximately ten months apart and involved a number of overlapping injuries.  Plaintiff alleged multiple cervical and lumbar herniated discs, a torn rotator cuff and torn meniscus in both knees.  After sixteen minutes of deliberation the jury found that plaintiff failed to prove that he sustained a permanent injury caused by his accident with our client.
